  • Learners will be made aware of the different roles of leaders during change initiative roll outs.
  • Learners will know how to engage and guide performance of end users during change, using performance feedback models
  • Learners will be provided the checklist to develop communications plans and storytelling frameworks to construct inspiring stories to influence positive behaviors.
  • Learners will be provided the tools to help end users learn new skills needed during the change
  • We will provide leaders with frameworks, tools and templates to develop people centric practices. Practices that will enable them to engage with people better and support them to be the best versions of themselves.
