Change Communication Workshop

Every organisation is focused on how to increase their revenues, reduce their expenses and provide value-added services to their customers.  To do this, every organisation will need to constantly adapt to the current business environment to meet their desired outcomes.

Business leaders, however, cannot do this alone. They need to inspire their teams and build the teams’ commitment to adapt and own the change.  Enforcing change using compliance is never the best option nor will it be sustainable.

It all starts with listening to the teams challenges and communicating in a way that inspires them to act. Leaders who can communicate empathically and act authentically will be in a better position to navigate their teams thru change.

  • In this learning experience, we help leaders be aware of what is required to  engage and guide their teams during change. They will understand the leadership roles and what is required to create an environment to support their teams behaviors. They will also learn how to build commitment to adapt to the change initiatives in a sustainable manner.
  • The workshop is designed to provide the “how to” tools, frameworks and templates to communicate change  in an effective and impactful manner.  This workshop aims to:
  • Help leaders engage with their teams authentically during change
  • Enables leaders to better understand their team members challenges and aspirations
  • Provide leaders with the frameworks and tools to engage and guide their teams during change
  • Engage leaders to communicate effectively with their teams during change
  • Enables leaders to influence the performance of their teams
  • Increase the success of implementing change initiatives

This program can be customised for the organisation/department. Using real work situations, the learners will be provided with frameworks, tools and templates to apply immediately to the situations they are experiencing. Using these communication tools and actionable strategies, the learners will have more confidence to collaborate and deliver mutually desired outcomes.
