The Importance of KPI (Keeping People Inspired)

While a high percentage of companies in Singapore still focus on measuring using Key Performance Indicators, One Synergy Global LLP (OSG) focus is on a different KPI  Keeping People Inspired.

We have seen the power and importance of intrinsically-driven work environments. In these environments, constant innovation sprouts, relationships with stakeholders are authentic and leaders are empathetic leaders who know how to inspire and lead high performance teams.

We believe every organisation and every individual has the potential and  power to be better than who they are today.

Understand environment and the distinctive purpose of the business.

Identify the key drivers of the business and the environment

Identify the constrains, options and the measurable outcomes the business aspires for

In this step, we will cocreate sustainable tactics with the business and put in place the milestones to track the progress of the desired outcome(s).

For a leader, the most important trait is the ability to inspire others to follow.  A leader who motivates using money, will lose their employees eventually to money offered more elsewhere.  A leader who is authentic and who inspires, will have loyal, trustworthy employees who will be stay to support him/her in the longer term.

Inspired people are open to changes, challenges and experiences.  They tend to to have a stronger drive to master and excel in whatever they are assigned to accomplish.  Inspired individuals are intrinsically motivated, focused, flexible and capable of adapting to any situation.

In this Workshop for Leaders, you will learn how to inspire a high performance (self-motivated) team and amplify your results effectively.

This program can be customised for the organisation/department. Using real work situations, the learners will be provided with frameworks, tools and templates to apply immediately to the situations they are experiencing. Using these tools and actionable strategies, the learners will have more confidence to collaborate and deliver mutually desired outcomes.

Its reputation and its people”
