Sharmini Kristina is a Trainer & Educational Consultant specializing in individual, small group and large audience training.

She has 25 years of experience in the field of corporate training and knowledge and experience in the areas such as public speaking, financial planning, hospitality, customer service, communication skills and leadership development. She has been a consultant to IFA firms on advisory processes.

She was very active in Toastmasters International where she lead the Life Underwriters Toastmasters Club to be the top in the world. She became a Division Governor for Singapore Toastmasters Club Singapore, taking care of 20 clubs and chartered several corporate TM clubs in Singapore. She was also the top Division Governor for SEA. She has also judged several International speaking contests.
Sharmini has been invited to be a keynote speaker and trainer locally and internationally at corporate functions, banks, women groups, teachers, schools, public seminars and tertiary institutions. Besides being versatile, her professionalism as a public speaker and lecturer is reflected in her unique yet inspirational delivery.

At the end of her delivery, she is able to move her students or audience to a new understanding and depth of feeling that will make the audience adopt her views as a collective reaffirmation of their own.

Financial Advisory Experience

Sharmini Kristina started his career in sales distributing financial solutions in a tied agency, winning quality awards. Following which she was headhunted to be a manager in IFA firm where she managed a team of advisors, many of whom were MDRTs. She was voted to be the best associate two years in a row before she was then headhunted to be a business unit director of another IFA where she successfully led the team to the top. She crossed over to her last IFA where she managed and sold over her business. She has about 25 years of business experienced in both tied and IFAs and personally managed 50 to 60 advisers in the IFA industry, many of whom are doing very well.

  • She was a lecturer for the CFP (Retirement Planning)
  • She is also a lecturer for CHFC (Construction of Financial Practice, Standards and Ethics(Module 5) as well as Business Owners Risks(Module 6)
